Hello, this is Frame Miga.

The synthetic resin (P.S) mouldings produced by Frame Miga may cause the edges to melt when cut using saw blades designed for traditional MDF mouldings.
This happens because resin mouldings are plastic-based materials, which can result in uneven cuts or melted edges due to heat generated during cutting.

To address this issue, you should use a saw blade specifically designed for resin.
We recommend blades with 60–80 teeth. If needed, please contact our head office, and we will send the blades via courier at our purchasing cost.

For standard installations, we recommend using a staple gun. For areas where stapling is not possible (such as concrete or cement walls), use silicone and a glue gun together.

We will continue to work hard to ensure the best experience with our mouldings.
Thank you.
